By using Off-Brand Stream Tools you agree to these terms.
The service
The app provides streaming tools (alerts, combined chat, TTS, overlays, tip pages). Features depend on third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Rumble, X, Stripe, PayPal) and may change or stop working when those platforms change.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and API keys safe, and for following the terms of every platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, spam, or to abuse or overload the app or connected platforms.
Tips and payments
Tips are voluntary gifts paid directly to the streamer's own Stripe or PayPal account and are generally non-refundable. We are not a party to those payments.
Platform service fee
Card tips made through Connect with Stripe carry a platform service fee of 3% of the tip amount, which goes to Off-Brand Stream Tools to run the service. The tipper may choose to cover it so the streamer receives the full tip; otherwise it is deducted from the tip. The fee is not refunded when a streamer refunds a tip. Tips via PayPal, a streamer's own Stripe keys or external payment links carry no platform fee.

Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost tips or lost revenue.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion at Mattdanknetwork@outlook.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
